Roof ON - NYC Roofing & Construction Experts

Roof ON is listed at 530 83rd St in Brooklyn, and the website’s Brooklyn framing is consistent with that address. The homepage presents the business as a residential and commercial roofing and construction contractor, but the service menu goes well beyond a simple reroofing pitch. It includes roof repair, replacement, waterproofing, roof inspection, roof maintenance, flat roof installation and repair, skylight and hatch installation, deck-tile installation, rooftop-deck installation, and paver-system work. The site also uses 24/7 and free-estimate language. That makes the profile most useful when the roof surface and the outdoor living surface overlap. A reader with a rooftop deck, hatch, skylight, or paver system needs to know whether the contractor is quoting membrane work, structural support, finish materials, or all of the above. Ask the estimator to separate waterproofing from surface finish, and ask what part of the project belongs to roofing versus deck installation. That keeps a quote from hiding a structural or waterproofing gap underneath a nicer-sounding deck proposal. The directory snapshot attached to the listing shows a 4.9 rating from 37 reviews. That is a helpful signal, but the written proposal still needs to carry the real scope, material selection, cleanup plan, and warranty terms for the specific building.
