Roman Commercial Roofing

Roman Commercial Roofing uses 7 Harrison Street #2N in New York as its published contact address, matching this listing. Although the company website also mentions residential work, its clearest focus is commercial roofing: inspections and evaluations, targeted repairs, maintenance, new installation, and complete replacement. Separate pages address industrial facilities and property-management clients, including owners responsible for more than one building. That emphasis gives prospective clients a useful way to frame the first conversation. A building manager can ask the contractor to separate immediate leak control from deferred maintenance and capital replacement, document roof conditions by area, and explain how proposed work will affect tenants or operations. For a portfolio, request a consistent condition-rating method and a prioritized schedule rather than a single undifferentiated estimate. The company's commercial page also discusses working around NYC building requirements and limiting disruption, but the exact compliance, access, and safety plan should be documented for the job. The Google profile snapshot retained with this directory showed a 5.0 rating from 161 reviews when the data was gathered. Because ratings and review totals change, use that figure only as a dated reference and examine recent comments involving a property similar to yours. Before contracting, confirm the legal entity on the proposal, current insurance and license requirements, roof system and manufacturer, exclusions, permit responsibility, payment milestones, cleanup, and the precise labor and material warranties being offered.
