Royal Roofing Queens

Royal Roofing Queens presents itself as a Queens and New York City roofing and exterior contractor, with (718) 489-4009 matching this directory entry. The site's clearest specialty is flat-roof repair and replacement for local homes and commercial buildings. The task data also identifies installation, inspection, leak and wind-damage work, gutters, skylights, ventilation, siding, and masonry. No street address is stored in this profile, so the operating location and contracting entity should be established before an appointment or deposit. For a flat roof, request photographs and a written explanation of whether water is entering through the membrane, seams, flashing, penetrations, drains, parapets, or an adjacent masonry surface. The proposal should identify material system, insulation, drainage changes, tear-off assumptions, substrate repairs, and disposal. If siding, gutters, skylights, ventilation, or masonry are added, separate the price and warranty for each component and define who handles their transitions to the roof. The Google listing snapshot showed a 4.9 rating from 120 reviews, but this task package contains no preserved review quotations to explain that score. The website also presents inconsistent history language: one public title references 1991 while page copy says service since 1988. Ask the company to clarify the legal entity and timeline rather than repeating either date as settled fact. Confirm current address, license and insurance, free-estimate conditions, permit responsibility, payment schedule, crew supervision, and written labor and manufacturer warranty terms.
